We ordered our doors July 2009. It is now October 22,2009 and our doors are still not installed. We paid them about $2500 in July - and we have NOTHING to show for it. For the last two months, Brian at American Garage Doors keeps saying, ""We're going to install them tomorrow, or Wednesday, etc."" But, THEY NEVER SHOW UP!!!! Today they called and said ""We need a credit card before we can install the doors"". HA! Now, after 4 months they suddenly need a credit card before they can come out and install the doors!! This company is NOT a professional company. We are filling a mechanics lien on this company - they are that bad!!!
Pros: absolutely nothing
Cons: They do not perform the work that they are paid to do!
