When I walked into Futons and Beyond I expected high prices, and a sales person who followed me everywhere pushing me to make a purchase. Boy was I wrong! The store has a very comfortable feeling, like going to a friends house. The sales person ""Steve"" that helped me was unlike most sales people. He was interested in my reasons for chosing a Futon not just the sale. We talked for a while and he got to know a little about me. He pointed out that I had in fact chosen a Futon that I could not handle all by myself. If it hadn't been for him I would have been very unsatisified! He showed me other choices that I could handle alone and I am very pleased with my purchase! While Steve and I talked, some other shoppers who had bought there before told me that he was a great guy and would do anything he could to help, and he did! I reccomend Futons and Beyond to anyone looking to add a comfortable place in their home. Rather than just a piece of furniture.
Pros: Ambience is awsome! It's like talking to a friend. Staff is interested in you as a customer not just a sale.
