I did my this year's Tax filing through these people. I have never seen such rude and un professional poeple in my life. There are only two people one most idiotic rude person and other lady who barely has a memory chip on her mind. They meesed up my last name, date of birth and what not.... I had to call IRS 4 times to get things corrected. 4 of my friends had also visited same people for thier tax filing. Their experiance was worse than mine... There is no way that I can rate negetive in this forum. So let me rate them at 1 out 5 even though they dont deserve that.
