Review content:
I have been an owner at Four Beaches for about five years. The beaches and the grounds are beautifully kept. There are four private beaches on Long Island Sound. I have coffee on my deck and watch the sailboats glide by. The property includes a pool, tennis courts, a bocce court and a large lawn area. The place is well managed and well run and I was told by my lawyer that this is one of the most fiscally solvent complexes on the CT shoreline. Each unit is efficiently designed, with a spa master bath, good sized kitchen, wood burning fireplace, and a 10' x 16' deck. Four Beaches is close to I-95, Yale University, museums, Zagat-rated restaurants, and all that New Haven has to offer (especially Pepe's Pizza, arguably the best on earth!). Four Beaches is within walking distance to The Beachhead, an Italian seafood restaurant, located just steps from the property. In my view, it's paradise on the shoreline. Pros: Ample covered parking, beaches, grounds. Cons: None.
