My girlfriend recently took me here on a romantic date. We try to choose different restaurants to surprise each other with each week and this one is one of the most memorable experiences I?ve had so far. We were seated on time in a corner table and the server was very friendly. We tried the Chef?s tasting menu and it was simply one of the best dinners I?ve had in a while. I?ve been to a few of these pre-fix menu places and usually, if it?s 5 or more courses, they try to through in a one or two lame dishes to make up on of the courses. At this place, every single dish that came out was unique and tasty. The wine was great. Best of all, I was pleasantly surprised looking at the total when the check arrived (unfortunately, I have to foot the bill irrespective of who picks the restaurant). Overall, the food is fantastic and the ambiance is a little dark and mellow, but perfect for a romantic date. I will definitely go back to this place sometime.
Pros: The Chef's tasting menu is delicious (and doesn't hurt the wallet)
Cons: A little dimly lit but perfect for a date. Wouldn't really take kids/family here.
