Review content:
This place is better defined as a nail salon with extras than a spa. It has only flourescent lighting overhead and the quality of your mani/pedi depends strictly on the operator you get. The operators spend most of the time talking to each other in their native language instead of focusing on their job. In the end my mani/pedi was completed with a nice coat of polish but was not relaxing or enjoyable. I also had my face waxed. The gal that did this was far more attentive but the treatment room was cramped and she only had access to one side of the table. The prices are reasonable for this level of service. I would have complained if the prices were higher. I may go back for future waxings but not manicures.
Pros: Easy parking, plentiful staff
Cons: Not serene
