My wife and I met Rosalia Chiu back in May 2011 on an exploratory trip to Austin. I googled hundreds of agents in Austin, but Rosalia stood out because of her expertise in Feng Shui. My wife and I immediately loved her. Rosalia is extremely knowledgeable of Austin's Real Estate market and Austin itself. We returned to Austin in August and started a year long search for our dream home. We probably looked at a couple hundred homes during that time. And, thanks to Rosalia's amazing and tireless efforts and EXTREME patience (we were not an easy family to please) we finally found our dream home and moved in Oct 2012. It's been a long journey, and our family is so grateful to have Rosalia in our corner throughout the whole process. I can honestly say Rosalia Chiu wasn't just our agent, but a good friend.
