Looking for a retirement home in a distant city can be quite a challenge. After visiting the hill country just west of Austin on a holiday, my wife and I began to think it might be a nice retirement destination, but didn't know much about it. I came across Realty Austin via a casual Google search, and decided to give them a call. In retrospect, that was a great decision. They connected us with Keri. Over a handful of visits spanning 3 months, Keri demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness, and patience. We started out with a high degree of uncertainty, not knowing for sure whether we wanted a home or a lot, how far from Lake Travis, how far from Austin, what level of neighborhood development, etc, etc. Keri patiently showed us a large number of options spanning all of the above, and explained the various pros and cons of each, which helped us zero in on a final decision that we are very happy with. She also helped us through a maze of paperwork all the way through to a successful closing. In short, it is my pleasure to give Keri the highest recommendation, and I would certainly refer to her any friend who may consider a real estate opportunity in Austin in the future.
