I don't usually write online reviews, but I'm making an exception for Cristina Valdes with Realty Austin. Throughout my entire home buying process, she was accessible, professional, knowledgeable about the market, and patient, and was always cheerful and helpful. While she certainly didn't tell me what to buy, she also was straightforward about what she thought was a good deal and what wasn't. She has a good critical eye, and even pointed out issues with houses that I would not have noticed on my own. She had a better idea than I did of what I was looking for, consistently suggested houses that were on the right track, and in the end found me the home I wanted within the (tight) time frame in which I needed to buy. Additionally, she held my hand all the way through to closing, was much calmer than me during an anxious moment, and just generally took care of things I never would have known I needed to do on my own. Cristina walked me through the whole process step by step, and thanks to her I doubt it could have been any easier. I recommend her highly.
