yes, they have PHO made on the spot. The food is decent compared to many other Buffet places. The seafood isn't too great and the food is slow changing. No shrimp and not much shellfish. They have grilled to order beef steaks, sushi, pasta, and ice cream area. Their crab legs are nothing to brag about. If you don't want to drive too far, VIP is a decent place to go.
Pros: Pho! Decent price
Cons: Lower quality food.
