Businiess name:  P.F. Chang's China Bistro-Maple Grove

Review content:
We eat at a lot of Asian resturants in general and are always excited about an opportunity to try new spots, and hearing a lot of great things about P.F. Changs I was very excited to try it. The atmosphere is very contemporary and trendy, in keeping with most of the Arbor Lakes businesses The wait-staff was very friendly and made sure they had our order right. Once we had the food I was disapointed though. I like a lot of spice and that was great, but our food was definitley overly salted and the texture wasn't there, ie dry meat, tough noodles, and everything tasted of vinegar. To sum it up, I would go there if I had a friend whom was big on aesthetics but didn't know anything about ethnic cooking, but for my own asian comfort food cravings, I think I'll stick to the little local owned holes in the wall like China Dragon. Pros: Atmosphere, friendly wait-staff Cons: Mediocre food
