DO NOT GO TO THIS LAUNDROMAT!!!! There is a married couple that works there, although saying they ""work"" is a joke to us who actually do something at our jobs. They sit on the back of their truck outside chain smoking with a bad attitude the whole time about customers that come in too close to the cut off. They have a sign up that says, ""Last load in by 9:00pm."" We came in tonight, and a few other nights, at 8:40pm and they yell at us as soon as we come in the door!! ""You know we close at 10pm right?!!!!"" Yes! Do they know the sign they have up says ""Last load in at 9pm"" and the time is only 8:40pm? Well, tonight it hit the fan. They set their clocks on the wall ahead 10 minutes because they hate their job so much, they want us out early, but they can still get paid until 10pm. As we are getting our clothes out of 4 dryers folding them as fast as we can, along with another married couple getting their clothes, they said ""It's 10:02pm, you have to get all your stuff and LEAVE NOW OR WE'RE CALLING THE POLICE!!! You are being inconsiderate!!!!"" Both my man and I, and the other married couple, pulled out our cell phones that have the accurate time on it, and we responded ""It's only 9:53pm!"" They repeated ""Get out or get thrown out and we're calling the cops!!!"" My boyfriend is an ARMY VETERAN and I am upset he works 70+ hours a week trying to support him and his son, to get treated like this at a LAUNDROMAT because these people hate their job so much they want nothing more than to be rude, not work, cheat the system, and get away with it! Well, I was raised to speak my mind, and they are NOT going to get away with it. If they said it nicely once, then that's one thing... but the first warning that we had to leave 7 minutes early, at 9:53pm, (when we only needed another minute anyways, and there wouldn't have been any issues...) their FIRST warning was ""Get out, or get thrown out and we're calling the cops!!!"" The man tried to take my laundry away from me as well!! So if you don't want to support this behavior, go somewhere else!!! They will mistreat you too first chance they get, if they did it to the 4 of us tonight! The married couple had a 4 year old that heard the whole thing. How traumatizing for him. Low class and rude to customers!!! No stars!!! Pros: Would be perfect laundromat, if they had better employees!! Cons: Staff
