After being turned down at 2 banks and 3 mortgage companies we had just about given up on buying a house until I saw an ad in the paper for Aapex. My wife pretty much forced me to call just for one last try and we actually got to speak with the owner right away. He listened to my situation, took my application over the phone and said he would call back within a few hours. I hung up thinking ""he'll never call back just like the other loan officers, but lo and behold he called me back w/ an approval in 45 minutes! I made him go over the approval ten times because I just knew he had done something wrong, as a matter of fact, I wouldn't write this review until the loan closed because I was sure the deal would fall apart for some reason. Dio and his staff are A1 in my book as they answered all of our questions and really made the process bearable. We were able to buy a home with literally zero down and only had to pay $500 towards our closing costs. I still don't know how he did it as I had a bankruptcy from back in 2003 and multiple collections since then, but he did and that's all that matters to me. We can't say enough about Aapex and how easy they are to deal with, they never talked down to me or my wife, they explained everything so we could understand it and they ALWAYS called us back when they said they would, even on Saturday afternoon!! We highly recommend Aapex Mortgage to anyone looking for a loan that wants to be treated like royalty!
Pros: Always Calls you back, Never had to physically go to their office.
Cons: NONE!!
