This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. (0 stars for a reason)
I had a minor problem with a section of carpet that was ripped and needed to be repaired. The repair was done poorly so I could still see the areas not coverd and it cost me $100 bucks! Not only that they repair man left a mess behind! I had to vacuum up after his mess and his work. It was a terrible experience. I then got on the phone to call and ask if they could do anything about their mess or the over charge for a poor job. Joe, who owns the place, told me he did this job. But a different signature was on the invoice so he lied to start. He then told me almost mockingly how much money they make off of repairs. In the same call he also told me he is in no way responsible for the mess he leaves behind. He then told me I could pay him next time to clean up after himself. ( carpet staples, scrabs and shreds were left behind as well as plastic)
Do not trust Joe or this place!!!!
