Incredible. Here in Texas, we reach temperatures of 105 to 110. On this day, we were at 102, and very humid. As fate would have it, the A/C went out. Since the Internet was working, I decided to hunt down an A/C company. Element Mechanical popped up. So I gave them a call. Not only did they come out in ONE HOUR, it turns out that my compressor was on the blink. The technician, just happened to have the same model in his truck, and promptly put that compressor in, and we were back in business. It turns out that we ended up getting a FREE SERVICE CALL, because of the repairs that needed to be done. According to TIM, the technician, this saved me $70. Tim was so cool, because he spent longer in my home, making sure that everything was just right. We will definitely call EM again, and will request to have TIM come out again. He was the best, and they changed my opinion about contractors. THANKS GUYS.
