As a customer of A Sedrock Home Inspection of Texas, I would definitely recommend Phil. He is very thorough, detail-oriented, and accessible. He answers his phone, and I like being able to speak with him instead of talking to a machine. You do not have to wait hours for him to get back to you. His inspection service also is one of the less expensive ones and is a very good value for the money.
As a realtor, I provide a list of service providers to my clients and they choose which home inspector to use. With A Sedrock Home Inspection, I appreciate that Phil will reinspect the property within 24 hours after I request reinspection. I always fax or email the amendment to the contract that we use to request repairs, and he refers to the amendment. He provides clear pictures of the reinspection in the report to show what has been fixed or is still in need of repair. Everything has worked out well for my clients who have used Sedrock.
