Last week I had a question regarding a life policy on my father which Mother had taken out years ago. I asked Crystal if I could come by for her advice, and she replied that I most certainly could. That morning I ran up there and she looked over my paperwork, and decided we should get Jathan's opinion. Jathan was also very gracious about helping me, and even called the other insurance agent to ask questions for me! I can't tell you how much it means to have a people like you, Crystal and Jathan to help me. I appreciate you all more than I can express. Today I emailed a question about my LTC to Crystal, and in minutes Crystal sent me one of her replies that always leave me with a smile! You and your outstanding employees are appreciated by this policyholder! You all excel in exceeding my expectations!
