I have been going to Ernie for over 5 years now - he is the best! Color jobs are off the hook, I live for the shampoo massages and the cut is always fabulous! You want big party hair - he can do it (and it will stay big all night long too!), you want sleek stylish sophistication - he has that on lock too. He is probably the only person I have gone to and said ""do whatever you want"" I trust his genius that much! He never steers me in the wrong direction and isn't afraid to tell me NO if I want to do some crazy stuff, Ernie knows what he's talking about and I listen! Even when I have to schedule an appointment last minute they do their best to fit me in. I always look forward to my visits - as I know they will be filled with lots of pampering and tons of laughter. The crew knows how to make a girl feel real good! The other great thing is that Ernie ALWAYS trains his assistants (shout out to Gabriela) to do as he would do, so if by chance he's not in that day - don't worry! The girls can be trusted to hook your coif up with no hesitation. I would definitely give this place a try if you are looking for a new hair spot, hell even if you aren't looking you may have to cheat on your current stylist just because they are that good - once you go Ernie Hernandez you never go back! :D The way I feel and look after leaving Mission Ten Eleven Salon is worth every penny!
