I am a little confused from the previous reviews. First of all, the center is located on North Main St in East Longmeadow, and has been since about 2008. I am a Hampden Wilbraham parent and my daughter has been with Learning Styles for 5+ years. They will meet your student at any location that is convenient for you. They are currently seeing my daughter in my home and at their center - they accommodate my schedule week by week. The center is always clean and food is not allowed in the tutoring stations. The office is open from 8:30am-7:00pm and the office staff is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Not only are they always available for my daughter's tutoring needs, they are also ready and willing to let me vent about my day while I am in the waiting room. The only possible negative I can write about Learning Styles is the high hourly rate, however my daughter's progress has proven that the money is well worth it.
Sounds to me that these reviews were written by a bitter ex-employee because they are neither constructive nor true. I encourage anyone that is interested in tutoring for their child to come check out the center and make a judgement for yourself.
