The only reason I gave this tutoring center one star, was because I couldn't choose 0.
I came here to inquire about tutoring for my daughter, I didn't hear great things about this place to start with-- but I wanted to pursue it to make my own judgment. First of all, their hours state that they open at 9:00 AM-- I stopped by several times on my way into work at 9:10 (ish) to find that they were closed. I also called several times leaving a message and no one ever returned my calls. Finally, I stopped in when they were actually open. My first impression of the tutoring center was terrible. It was dirty & had an awful smell. The desks were disgusting and there was food everywhere. I attempted to speak with the two women at the front desk about their program, which ended up being a HUGE waste of time. Not only are they rude, but they are clearly not knowledgeable about their own programs. They were not able to give me straight answers to any of my (general) questions. The materials that they use are old and out of date, and their supplies and library are minimal, dirty, and sad. There are many other tutoring centers in the area that I would trust with my daughter; unfortunately, this is not one of them.
