AMAZING! We just got back from this place for the first time and I just had to write a review because I couldn't find any when I searched before going here today. I want people to know this place is so great! We went to Weber Tree Farm in Alden, NY 2 years ago and was so severely disappointed by the lack of selection and quality that I swore off cut-your-own tree farms. I'm so happy I took a chance on Bird Haven. As you pull up, there were tons of cars along the side of the road and you could see the quality of trees even as you pulled up. There were sooooo many good trees to choose from and all for $50 for any tree. We got a hefer of a blue spruce (bust-open-when-you-cut-the-string Griswold kinda tree). The $3 nachos were pretty lame (really skimpy on the chips) but the salt potatoes were good and Beef on Weck not bad. Pop only $1. All in all we FINALLY found our yearly tradition place. Oh and this place must be doing something right because my husband who is 31 realized when we pulled up that this was the same place he went when he was a kid.
