We called this kennel, told her what time we would return to pick our dogs up and then the next day she said we owed her more money, we refused to pay a whole day told her we would pay her a 1/2 a day because it was 5 and we told her we would not board with them again,and would let people know how we were treated. The owner's wife became angry and started name calling, yelling at the top of her lungs saying we were bad people and our dogs threw up and pooped all over the floor (most dogs do not like to go to the kennel and ours have never liked going here, now I can see why!!) that she had to clean up, wow I was thinking to myself isn't that your job??? Her husband was trying to tell her to be quiet and pushing her in the other set of doors and saying "" what is wrong with you!"" Is this how you should treat customers that have been with you for 3 years??? Ask yourself, is this the kind of place or people you want to take care of your dogs?? Animals can not speak for themselves.
