I visited a local office in MN after winning a gift card. I thought for sure it was a scam. I read some reviews and was really discouraged, however my gift card was for $1500 so i thought i would be a fool not to find out for sure. Yes, most people win the $300 one - i spoke to the manager about that. Well, we reviewed some packages, and i was not too interested in paying 1700 or something like that plus my gift card for some hair removal. So, i explained to the manager that i would simply not proceed and 1000 was my limit, end of story and i would still have to consider it at that point.
She was very patient with me, worked with me in my budget and wasnt pushy at all. I had a girlfriend with me and the manager just let us chat for quite some time to think things through. the package i wanted was like 3300 and then i had the gift card. The manager changed the info in the system to basically give me what i wanted for the price of a much cheaper one. I signed up and got it for 1000. I was very happy with what she did and how relaxed she was.
I did my first treatment, and the technician was really lovely. I was a tad nervous and she was really gentle and patient and explained it all. I highly highly recommend this place!
Pros: Wonderful Service, patient reps, Worth the money!
