At first, my impression of the place was not good because all the food is raw until the cheifs cook it for you. Now I love this place. You get to go in and choose what you want to eat by choosing the meats, veggies, noodles, spices and sauces. Then you take your food over to a big iron skillet where the cheifs cook your food for you in front of you. The atmosphere is fun because you have fun making your own food. The wait staff is wonderful. My overall experience was really good and will continue to go.
