Goldstar Soccer Club focuses on a competitive environment rather than a competition environment. Their primary focus is on individual technical development. In this competitive environment, the individual athlete strives to improve their individual performance in a squad environment. They place emphasis on individual technical improvement, and no focus on winning as this is out of the control of the athlete. However, how well they perform is totally in the control of the individual. If all athletes on the field performs to their full potential then this increases the chance of being successful; winning as a consequence of development! Coach Mike Moltzon was born to do this. He works the competitive end, along with superior coaches. His wife handles the recreational end. Great teamwork all around. Goldstar starts kids at 4 years old.
