Review content:
It never fails that I have the worst experiences with Cox. This company never treats me right, which is why I recently disconnected my TV service with them. I went into their store and outright cut all TV. They talked me back into having their TV services with a few bonus services. I was supposed to get free DVR and Showtime for 6 months, which the DVR was installed. But after trying to watch a show on Showtime, it said I didn't have the Showtime service. I contacted the online technical support, but the worker, Daniel, was of no help to me and literally gave me the run around. He first continued to just say, ""Please wait, thank you."" after every time I tried to say something. He let me know that he couldn't help me, and then without further ado tried to get off the chat. I asked how I could get Showtime for the evening and he said that I couldn't! He was so nice as to give me the number of the local sales department, which he then told me was closed for the day. I told him that that didn't help me whatsoever. So then I took it upon my own to call, which turned out OK as someone was able to help me. But it's literally no shocker that I even had to deal with this. Cox drives me up the wall, and every time I call in for something I get terrible service from somebody. Although I was able to finally get help tonight, 50% good employee service isn't what it takes to win the customers. It just never fails that something goes wrong. As soon as I can install a dish on my house I will.
