Review content:
Our phone went down recently. I called for help but was routed to a barely intelligible customer service rep from an Asian or African country? He said he would check out the problem from the office before sending someone out. 24 hours later, no phone line or phone call back from Cox regarding this issue. I called again and they said they were ""still waiting for the results from the initial test."" What about sending out a tech to the actual address? I'm still waiting on a resolution. This is one of many problems I have had with Cox. Beware of this company and definitely check out the competition before signing up with them and beware they're longer term contracts where they lock you in for a year or more.
Pros: Big Advertising Campaigns
Cons: Lacking on customer service, outsourcing call centers
