I would never use or recommend this company to anyone! Johnny, who seems to be the J in JMI, was very personable and quoted great, cheap rates one day and then I called back to book with him the next day and left a message. I never heard back so I called again. When I finally got through, he was rude and talking to other people and then asked if he could call me back and didn't. So, I called again and left a message explaining that if was unable to do what he quoted, I would like to know so I could make other arrangements but NEVER received the courtesy of a return phone call. I had another bridesmail call and his voicemail box was full. Terrible customer service. If he did call back, I wouldn't have booked with him because he had proven too be unreliable and I couldn't risk letting the bride and her party down. I made a reservation with a professional limousine competitor of his.
