Haus AgencyTeam Member, Kellie McVeigh - assisted two customers with their complaints & issues with Claims. She sat down with each and made calls to clear up the issues, help with paperwork and made each feel like they weren't being taken advantaged of or shuffled around. The customers were very appreciative & happy with such good service.
