Businiess name:  Holly Hill Inn

Review content:
Owned and operated by a husband (sommelier) & wife (chef) team, Holly Hill Inn is a charming restaurant in Midway KY (about 20 min drive from Lexington). It is by far the best place I have eaten since moving to Lexington 6 years ago (and one of the best places I have eaten in ever). The menu changes monthly and most dishes are created with fresh local ingredients. For a fixed price of $35 you get an appetizer, soup or salad, main dish, and dessert. An outstanding value considering the quality of the food. They also have a fabulous wine list. However, I have found it best to opt for the wine pairings ($20) - you will get 3 glasses of wine, each paired with the menu items you have selected. Service is excellent despite the loss of waiter Patrick and hostess Angela. Pros: amazing food, friendly staff, excellent value Cons: you park on grass
