I will say that this place is a great place for products. The quality and name brands are great. This is the only reason I will be going to this store. I strongly recommend that you go elsewhere for a hair cut and or color. I supposedly had a senior stylist and my hair was not only butchered but it has barely been a month later and the color has washed out. I feel I may as well have bought color in a box and would have gotten the same result. I asked for a specific hair cut that ended up uneven and with bangs. I never asked for bangs but now I have them. I wake up everyday HATING my hair cut and cannot wait for it to grow out. As far as the color, it is fixable but you would think a single process couldn't be messed up. When I called to tell them I was unhappy they took me in to ""fix"" my cut but there was nothing to fix. If I wasn't going to get my money back I should have been accommodated another way. I am not cheap when it comes to my hair and will basically pay anything for it to look good, but for what I payed here to have it butchered I should have been given my money back for AT LEAST the cut if not the color. I never write reviews on places like this, but people need to know what they are getting into before getting their hair done there. Again, great place to buy products, but go to a real salon for cut and color.
