Review content:
My doctor was excellent! However, I booked an appointment with Dr Brown-Shipman 3 months in advance, and when I received the automated reminder on my home machine, it said I was booked with a different doctor. I specifically wanted my OBGYN because we were looking to start a family. I left messages, but no one would return my phone calls. When I got to my appointment, they said that Brown-Shipman doesn't work on Mondays at this location, but they allowed me to make an appointment there. The doctor that conducted my annual exam was nice, but she did not care that I was upset for having been booked incorrectly. Even after my annual exam, the automated results did not have my results finalized within the 2 week window, so I called and left messages with 2 different nurses. No one called me back for a week, and when one of them finally called me back, all she said was that my results were normal. I am now 3 months pregnant, and am switching doctors. I have had lab work performed, and have received no information on any of my tests. I asked for my medical records to be sent to me a month ago, but have not received them to date (they said 10-14 days). Great doctor --- HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
Pros: Doctor Sharla Brown-Shipman
Cons: Horrible service by practice overall!
