Their coats are fine. They can be a little pricey but you can find deals. That being said, I had a terrible experience when I went there today. First of all, I hate how the store is laid out. They have a coats section, and then the womens/ mens/ juniors/ boys/ girls are all separate. I spent 20 minutes looking around the store finding it. No one asked me if they could help me when I was clearly lost. The coats section was really messy, lots were off hangers, and out of their size location. It was an inconvenience but manageable. I found two coats I like, both were a little pricey for me but they were the ones I really liked. I had to search and find a zip off hood that was missing, the woman I asked just kind of shrugged. It's not that she didn't help, but she wasn't nice and didn't care. But my experience went from average (to not caring either way) to where I will most likely never go back when I went to check out.
