Review content:
This company was very disappointing. I have tried multiple time to get them to fix mistakes with my (very expensive) front door. The ""owner"" of the company came out to review the problems with the door and claimed that because of the style of the door, it was not unusual. I can see through my door light from the setting sun. There are gaps in the paneling that not only lets in light but also let in the cold New Mexico winter. The door also has gaps between the frame and the door. If someone wanted in the house it would not take much work to dismantle this door. He was gracious enough to restock the door with a 25% fee plus the cost of a new door (no thanks). Cons: poor customer service, quality, and workmanship.
