I just finished my second experience with Pat's Doors. The first experience was a little over a year ago, in which I bought two outside doors from them. I was completely satisfied with the transaction, so went back to them when I needed a replacement door in order to install a dog door. I took the old door with me as a model, along with the dog door, in hopes that they would install it for me. Because it was on a Saturday, and they are open only half a day, they advised me to get there early. They open at 7:30 AM.
