THIS COMPANY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. A STAFF OF UNRELIABLE INCOMPETENT UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF FROM MANAGEMENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. MISLEADING WRONGFUL ADVERTISING, CONTRADICT THEMSELVES IN MEETINGS AND UPON CONTRACTING YOU, THEY PROMISE A FULL REFUND IF NOTHING IS RESOLVED, THE THING IS THEY DO NOT RESOLVE ANYTHING FOR YOU, THEY DO NOT CALL THE MORTGAGE COMPANIES, THEY ONLY WRITE LETTERS TO THEM AND NEVER INFORM YOU OF PRESENT STATUS AND YOU COULD BE ON TOP OF THEM AND THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. THIS COMPANY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMER...BEWARE OF ADVOCATE FOR FAIR LENDING GO DIRECTLY TO A MODIFICATION COMPANY AS THE BANK WONT WORK WITH YOU EITHER.
