Before you waste your time, do not even consider going here. I took my volvo because the car was shaking, felt like the axle. They told me it was a balance, which I paid 75.00 for. Also they happened to find a million other things wrong with my engine that there was nothing like ever before. I trusted them, they told me I need a new cam gear and everything, about a grand worth of work done to a car I take perfect car of. I decided to take the car to the dealer, turns out somehow the seal was broken, no Major gears needed to be replaced. Oh and the car was still shacking so bad I could barely drive it, turns out it was the axle. I called the manager and he said he will not fix the problem, or offer a refund for even the 75 dollars. So I paid them 350 dollars to rip up my engine, and do a balance that wasn't needed. They wont fix, or even offer at least a refund for 70 bucks. The manager does carry a gun, as said in other reviews. The contract you sign basically says he can do whatever he wants, including take your car, read the small print. They are just trying to make money off women. Please, dont take your car here, because they will rip you off. I never write bad reviews, but I would hate for anyone to be treated like I was by Rivers total car care.
