I called he answered immediately. Explained how my old laptop needed a new screen. He said he could order my screen that day. I called back and told him to go ahead. I brought my computer in that afternoon and within 18 hours he had it fixed and ready to be picked up. He even fixed my broken h key that was bugging me to death . Run do not walk to this guy He is the best at what he does, Screw Microcenter no service or the weak squad, this is your man :)
