I brought my VW Passat in for a new timing belt/ water pump and an overall inspection in preperation for an upcoming trip to Wyoming. I knew I had made the right choice when I called for a quote, and was reassured when I brought the car in. All the employees I talked to were very friendly. I was explained everything that would be done, and when they called to tell me what else they recommended fixing they fully explained the pricing the reason, etc. I hate everything to do with car maintenance, but they made it easy and understandable. They were unable to find my tire key, but when I was preparing to leave the mechanic came out and explained he had found it and told me where it was. thanks car care service! they also give discount to AAA members!
