They ordered the wrong dress size for one of my bridesmaids even after measuring her!! This is after screwing up the order on my bridal gown, which they ordered in the wrong color. It was a series of unexcusable errors that stressed me out completely- like you need that when you are planning a wedding. My bridesmaid had to wear a different color and style than we had chosen due to Natasha's error. The worst part is she still charged us for the dress!!! You expect staff at a bridal shop to be professional and the ""experts"", which is why you go there as oppossed to a mega-store like David's. Not here. No quality control at all, and on one of our trips to the shop, we had a scheduled appointment, yet they were understaffed with only one person working, and we had to find and try on dresses all by ourselves. Go somewhere, anywhere else and save yourself the stress I went through. Natasha seems like a very nice lady, but she needs to get control of her business and increase the attention to details, as well as improve the customer service. We got every excuse in the book from her, but the damage was done and my wedding did not have the look I planned on as a result. There's no excuse for that. It was a fabulous wedding regardless, but save yourself the headaches. Since my experience, I have heard about 5 other stories about this shop similar to what happened to me. Guess I'm not alone in my dissapoinment.
