I ordered glasses that they made wrong to begin with, not even close to the right prescription. They blamed it on the lab but turns out it was there salesperson. When they went to reorder them the lied about a rush date and then when they didn't come a week later they told me everyday for a week that they would be there the next day and weren't until I finally started asking for the manager who first told me they were sent to texas, another lie, and then told me 5 days later they were lost and had to be remade again. I got them a month after I ordered them. Now within 6 months one lense in clearly defective and they tell me I have to buy 2 new lenses to fix the problem. With a ""discount"" it will cost me more than half the original price of the complete pair to fix. Liars with a crappy product they won't stand behind!! I was not offered a warranty to my recollection, but even so I am told it would cost $60 to fix their defect! What a joke. Go somewhere else.
