Review content:
For my recent wedding in June, I asked Amy to create a surprise groom's cake for my future husband. An avid fan of Star Wars, Amy and I worked together to identify the character that would be best featured in cake form. We chose R2D2 and I came to grips that there would be a Star Wars character at my wedding. When my husband and I arrived at the reception, R2 was the first thing I saw when I entered. My husband and I actually screamed when we saw him. This cake was BEYOND my expectation. The detail put into this cake was superior to anything I've seen. The colors were exact. The form of the robot was so realistic, my husband didn't realize it was a cake! This cake was the hit of the wedding. We didn't take the top of our actual wedding cake home, but did take R2 home (he was so fantastic, we wouldn't let anyone cut and eat him).
