Review content:
Worst customer service ever. I dealt with Tony Morales who never once returned my calls in the year that I lived in my RPA rental and if I did by chance catch him on the phone, he was incredibly rude. Other tenants I spoke with had similar experiences with him too. I had people enter my apartment without permission or warning, my maintenance requests were ignored, and I finally started taking photos, recording phone calls and documenting every request or interaction I had with RPA (Tony) because I felt the whole thing was very sketchy and never felt good about doing business with them. They acted like they were doing me a favor, rather than treating me like a paying customer. Beyond that, the property was not safe to live in, and at the end of my lease they tried to charge me even more, luckily I'd already planned on moving out of this nightmare.
