I ask because I am tired of getting butchered in your salon. I have tried new and old stylists in the last 10 years, and just can't let it go anymore. I know a good haircut from a bad one. Why don't you all? I can show a picture and give directions, I still come out with no hair on one side or the other. I go in with hair at least 10"" long and say I want a trim and come out with 2"" to 3"" of hair. My latest hair (3 days ago), the hair is 1/2"" long on the left side over the ears, at the forehead (right next to 1/2"") it is 1"". On the top of my head there is like a shelf where if goes from 1/2 "" straight up to 1 1/2"" long, in the middle of the top it is 2"" to 2 1/2"" the falls off to 3/4"" over the ear. There is almost no hair longer than an inch at the crown. What do you do with this non hair style? I am 62 yrs. old. I don't do punk, spiked or dreads. You have fun working that one out. I WILL NO LONGER BE GOING TO ANY Smart Style Salons. I would have done better to take my husbands clippers to myself.... I mean that, I am tired paying people to make me look like CRAP when I want to look nice. Have a great Day....
