As a two year resident of one of Dawnings owned homes, I have come to rely on myself when something needs to be fixed. The owner herself is rude and vindictive. The policies of your living arrangment might change, but you would be the last to know since she doesn't feel you are important enough to inform... but watch how she hunts you down when she decided to raise the rent!! That's about the only time you will hear from her. Her staff must have been hired from the most incompetent homeless shelter. She's lost my check in the mail, and any other notices and requests I've sent her, simply stating that her secretary didn't inform her (It's so hard to get good help these days, especially when your related to them) She acts as if your going her a favor by renting her property. Dawing Real Estate is two steps away from being a slum lord.
Pros: They will let you know if your rent goes up
Cons: Rent hike; bad attitude; incompetent service
