Last Monday, I ordered over $700 worth of goods from Schweitzer Linens in two orders; I selected ""Overnight Shipping"", and charged over $50 for shipping. When I contacted them today (i.e. four days later) to find out where my order was, they told me that it had been sent UPS ground, and would take a week to get there. Therefore, tomorrow I leave on my trip empty-handed, with no holiday presents for my wife and daughter. Schweitzer Linens were not remotely apologetic on the phone: apparently, this was all somehow my fault - they told me I should have looked at my order confirmation email, and realized that the amount charged for shipping was not nearly enough, and then contacted them prior to it leaving their store. They made no offer to make this right. In short, DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY AT THIS STORE.
