JR Nicholai is an experienced and current hair stylist. He recently corrected a bad mistake in my hair coloring made by someone else. It took 4 different procedures and it turned out great! I liked going to a salon and being attended to by the owner. My hair is long and with only a small trim, he made it look and feel like a completely new style. I watched him cut the hair of a young man who came in with an ordinary hair cut and who left looking very trendy. The salon is clean and peaceful. If you want to be in the care of a guy who knows what he is doing, Beauty by Design is the place to go.
