I have been a customer of theirs since it was in Grand Forks. They may have changed their decor but unfortunately forgot to include better service. I went in to pick up my order and was stunned by 2 groups waiting with less than half of the tables even filled. No one greeted me at the door and even after 7 passes, while bringing 1 plate at a time from the kitchen to a table rather than a serving tray, the waiting staff never acknowledged me or the current guests that it will be a few moments. The waiting staff also decided to bus a table without coming to the entrance area and seeing if anyone needed help. There was no evidence of a hosting staff. Then a very unprofessional looking staff came from the back in shorts and worn t-shirt to bus a table. Was this the cook?? When the person in charge called back they asked what was wrong so I explained the above to them. Then Chad from Mama Maria?s hung up on me. This wasn?t a very professional staff and we resorted to ordering in from another restaurant
