I would warn anyone against employing this contractor. I have filed complaints against the company with the Ohio Attorney General's office, and the contractor has not even responded to their inquiries. There are several other complaints against this contractor with both agencies, and the owner has not tried to resolve the many issues. In my case, he ordered the wrong kitchen cabinets and installed them anyway. On the second day of the job, one of his employees told me he needed additional money to do the electrical work. When I told him that the owner didn't tell me there might be additional charges, he replied that the owner never tells customers because he knows he might not get the bid. So, he leaves it up to the employee to tell the customer and collect the money. They tore out my pantry, removed tile from the walls, and removed doors to the pantry and kitchen and then stopped working. He has not installed countertops or the new sink or faucet and has not been responsive to calls. I am taking legal action against this contractor and hope to spare anyone else this nightmare. I would advise anyone considering this contractor for any home improvement job to check out the company's record with the the Ohio Attorney General's office first. I am sorry I didn't do that before I signed the contract. Cons: The contractor ordered the wrong cabinets and the work was not completed.
