DO NOT USE PBH IF YOU ..... require timely service and couteous drivers. The man who came to pick up my car was rude, rushed and had an attitude with me because he did know where my car was going---although this info was provided to PBH by AAA. He went on to tell me how the rain was making his day ""bad""...who CARES?!! I will NEVER, EVER use them--like I told him, I'll pay to have it towed or let it dryrot in the driveway before he got his hands on it!
Cons: Drivers with major attitude!
